I’m going to show you how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. To prepare the carrot first
we would trim off the head and the tip. Then we would use the vegetable peeler to peel
the outer skin off the carrot. Make sure that you get most of the skin off. This time we
would use a grinder to grate the carrots. We want the carrots in very small pieces.
If you have a food processor you can use that to do the same job and you should take a lot
less time. That is what the carrot looks like.
