Vegetable Spring Rolls with Thai Peanut Sauce Recipe : Mix Thai Peanut Sauce Ingredients

Hi I’m Lori Schneider from Austin, Texas and
owner of Figs Catering on behalf of Expert Village we are going to show you how to make
vegetable spring rolls with a Thai peanut sauce. Go ahead and pull the top off and scrap
down the sides, make sure we get everything mixed in together. I can see on the bowl that
not everything is mixing well so I just want to make sure that everything is mixed well
together. I’m going to give it one more pulse. And now we are going to check our consistency
and it looks really really great so we are going to go ahead and set this aside. One
of the things with the Thai peanut sauce is that you want the flavors to melt. It is one
of those things that when you let it sit for 30 minutes to a hour the flavors kind of really
nudge really well and it is really just complexed and wonderful sauce.

  1. This is really frustrating. I look for the next one and end up watching the wrong one. Please label your videos or put everything onto one. We really don't need to hear your intro each time.

  2. Yes, we know you're Lori Schneider. Holy crap, I give up now. I've gone through like 7 videos and can't figure out how to make the thai peanut sauce. Please re-label your videos or put onto one. I'm gone!!!!!

  3. In each video is too repetitive advertisement. It is not in order for this recepie to play nicely. It is so annoying with the ad in the beginning. Ruin ppl. mood who is concentrate to get their recepies. it is pain in the neck!!!!!

  4. Don't want it the american way, only the native way, where all the spices are mixed by hand, there is a big difference in the taste!

  5. She must've accidentally dropped the video file into the blender at one point, resulting in this fragmented 'how to' video.

  6. Too bad.. Looks like it would be a good recipe but i dont have the patience for this. No logical order to the videos.

  7. oh my god….its lori schneider and shes gonna make me slit my wrists if i have to hears her say her name again

  8. a traditional thai peanut sauce consists of
    1 teaspoon of soy sauce
    1 teaspoon of brown sugar
    1 teaspoon of lemon juice
    1 cup of peanut butter
    2 teaspoons of cooking oil
1 red bell pepper if you like…
    1 onion
fry onion untill almost tender then add peanut butter mix untill it gets to a liquid if it doesnt add water a lil at a time. rember to keep heat low. then add all the other ingridients and mix well. Once it all gets to a sauce type serve.. Thais eat this with nothing else.. enjoy

  9. lori shnieder, go fuck yourself

this video was bullshit, all i saw you do was mix shit in a processor that ended up looking like mud.

    make better videos bitch

  10. Lori,
I know there are a lot of negative comments, but your recipe looks good. You should really consider putting all segments on a single video and re-uploading. It's super frustrating the way its laid out and un-labled.

Hey… the rest of you….. there is no need to be rude of foul. Lori – took her time to share what looks like a great recipe. Yes, the video needs re-organization but constructive criticism and good ole plan decency would go along way.
