Hello friends vegetable manchurian recipe pls share and subscibe this channel to get more videos grated carrot -1 grated cabbage – 1/2 finely chopped beans – 8 even u can add cauliflower and potato as extra i added cabbage, carrot and beans only first filter the water in it by using cotton cloth keep that veg stock aside , we can use it for gravy preparation since it is wet means we will not make balls properly, so filter the stock completely dry it completely now add 1/2 tsp chilli powder 2 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp bread crumbs add salt to taste mix it well again add a spoon of corn flour for binding process mix well and make small balls from it keep it aside in a plate for 10 minutes After 10 minutes , heat oil in a pan for deep frying fry this balls on a medium flame fry this until it becomes goldern brown colour then keep it aside Lets make the manchurian gravy First heat 3 tsp oil in a pan add finely chopped 1 green chilli, 2 onion,1 inch ginger , 6 to 8 garlic pieces then finely chopped spring onions – 2 tsp in it add all these ingredients one by one fry them well then add 2 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp ketchup in it mix them well add 1/2 tsp salt only becos already sauces have some salt in it make a cornflour paste by adding 1 tsp corn flour in a veg stock what we kept before this is for to thicken the gravy now add this corn flour water into it and mix well if u want add some more water to adjust the consistency boil it for 2 to 3 mins now add the fried balls in it one by one again make it boil for 3 more mins Then serve it by adding coriander leaves on it This recipe is very good with roti varieties and even good with fried rice and pulav I made this recipe in indo-chinese method veg manchurian ready Don’t forget to share this recipe to your friends if you want any recipe means pls comment me i will post u soon , bye bye
