Veg Manchurian Recipe | How to make Manchurian | By Nikunj Vasoya

Hello friends welcome to the World’s first
youtube cooking show from a Village, I am Nikunj Vasoya and today I am going to show
you a very interesting recipe of Noodles. I have studied all the things in the Chinese
Noodles and give a totally new look to your every day boring Noodle Dish. So let’s have
a look at ingredients one by one. Here I have 150 gm over cooked Noodles, 1
tsp Dark Soya Sauce, 5-6 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, 1tbsp sesame seeds oil, 1 tsp Red Chili Sauce,
1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted, Half tsp Green Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp Gallic and Ginger Paste,
Chilly Rings of two Green Chilies, some Spring Onions, 2 tbsp Maida or Plane Flour, half
tsp Vinegar, Salt to taste and Oil for deep Frying.
First a fall I am going to heat my Oil for deep Frying, now in the Noodles I am going
to add Salt, don’t add too much Salt because Noodles already contains Salt, half of the
Spring Onion, I am saving half for the Garnishing, Garlic and Ginger Paste and Plane Flour, how
much Plane Flour you need it depends on your Moisture in your Noodles, so be careful before
adding the Plane Flour, you can also add Plane Flour later on, half of the Sesame Seeds,
now I am going to Bind all the things together, I am adding the remaining Plane Flour, mix
all the things properly and make sure that you don’t have any Lungs of Garlic and Ginger
Paste, you have to mix it carefully, so this is ready so keep it at a side, now our Oil
has perfectly get heated so I am going to Fry our Noodles in it, we have to make small
balls from our Noodles, see the size it is very important, you have to make every ball
equal so it’ll Fry perfectly, so friends our Fritters are perfectly cooked, I just want
this Color only, you have to Cook until it get Golden Brown and Crispy from outside,
now I am going to take this outside, you have to Separate every Ball, see it’s perfectly
Cooked, Crispy from outside and I just wanted this kind of Crispiness.
Now I am going to make our Sauce, first a fall I am going to add Tomato Ketchup, then
the Soya Sauce, Red Chili Sauce, Green Chili Sauce, Vinegar and very little Salt, mix all
the Sauces very well, it is now ready so I am going to give final touch to our Interesting
Dish. First a fall heat the Oil, I am using Sesame
Seeds Oil for the better taste, you can use any kind of Oil that you have but for the
original taste I recommend you to use Sesame Seeds Oil, our Oil has get heated so now I
am going to add Green Chilies, in this add some Sauce, after 20-30 Seconds add the Fritters,
mix this very well, I just don’t want to make our Fritters Soggy so turn the heat off, so
this is ready and I am going to serve my very Special invention sprinkle some Green Onion,
sprinkle some Toasted Sesame Seeds, so this is it my very special Indo Chinese Invention
is ready to serve. It is so good, it is very Crispy from outside,
Crunch of Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion add little Beauty to it, it is very Crunchy from
outside and when you bite it will really Melts in mouth, very very Soft from inside, with
this Chilly and Sauce it is really very delicious. I hope you have enjoyed my invention. So don’t
