Lets start with the ingredients First of all we are 1 cup suji (semolina) ka halwa (A type of Indian Dessert) If you don’t know how to make suji ka halwa then you can watch its video on my channel. Link is given below After this we are having 5-6 spring sheets Whenever you take them out from the refrigerator for use, always cover them with a cotton cloth This will prevent them from drying After this we are having 1-2 tsp all purpose flour mixed with 2 tsp water to form a thick paste This will help in sealing the edges of our spring rolls In the end we are having cooking oil (as required) for deep frying Before we start let me tell you I am having my cooking blog by the name shahidaig.com Its link is given below in description Just check it out and subscribe there also Lets start our dish First of all take a spring sheet and put about 1 tsp suji ka halwa on one of its corner Roll it a little bit and apply the all purpose flour-water paste on the remaining edges This will seal the edges. Whenever you make these rolls always use a big base below them Now fold both the edges as shown to form an envelope like shape. Roll them again as shown. Seal the last corner with the help of all purpose flour-water paste. We will make more spring rolls in the similar way and then deep fry them Take a deep fryer and let the oil heat. In the meantime cover your spring rolls with a cloth to prevent drying Now place the spring rolls one by one very carefully into the hot oil If you don’t have a deep fryer, then you can use a cooking pan We will deep fry them until their color changes to golden brown Deep fryers are very helpful in cooking frozen foods Our spring rolls are ready.
