Hi everyone, today i bring you a Filipino style spring rolls “Lumpiang Shanghai” They are a very delicious meat rolls and as always, really easy to prepare. Do you want to try? Let´s get started !!! First prepare the filling, in a bowl put 200 g. of chopped pork 25g. of carrot and 25 g. of onion 2 cloves of grated garlic and 1 tbs. of light soy sauce some black pepper, one beaten egg, and mix well. Cover with a film and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. to prepare the rolls, We´re going to use spring rolls wrapper In a smooth surface extend the spring rolls wrapper and put a tablespoon of the filling, a couple of centimeters below the center line. We extend it by hand, and roll. It can be done in different ways, but I think this is the best for the “Lumpiang”. to close the roll we put a little bit of water or a beaten egg and they are ready for frying. in a pan with a lot of vegetable oil, fry the rolls over medium heat. We want to cook the filling very slowly without burning too much outside. After 5 minutes, and once we are sure the filling is well done, rise the heat to get a golden and crispier texture. Put the rolls on a cooling rack and they are ready to eat. They can be served whole or cut in half, as I show you today. and now we can enjoy them with my homemade sweet chili sauce, I left the link below. They are super easy to prepare. I hope you try it at home. if you liked please thumbs up! and to not miss any of my recipes, don’t forget to subscribe to my channel, bye !!
