Village, I’m here to show you several quick and easy Vietnamese dishes. To soften the
rice paper have some warm water. Around 50 degrees Celsius. Then we would lay the shrimp
in the middle of the rice paper. Add 1 slice of lettuce in the bottom and then a little
bit of rice noodles. Then we would put some mint leaves and some green sprout over the
top. Then we would roll the side tightly and then start rolling up. In the middle of the
way we would put some garlic chives and that is what it looks like.
