today we are going to eat pho its
Vietnamese beef soup noodle consists of rice noodles and beef and a beef broth
of course so the ingredients is they have a sliced thinly beef and also some
herbs this one is tendon beef tendon and this
one is mint and coriander and also onions and also they have spring onions
as well before dig into the noodles let’s try the rice wrappers with rice
noodles inside and also a shrimp and they have herbs dip it with the
hoisin kind of spicy sauce when we eat pho usually we using a dipping sauce
this is sriracha put it in the small plate and also the hoisin so we mix the
hoisin with the sriracha equal parts of hoisin and sriracha and then we
mix it all together to give some acidity we put a little bit of lime and birdeye chilies
adding bird eye chilies will increase the spiciness level but without destroying
the flavor this is how we eat it we take some beef or noodles we dip it into the
this hoisin sriracha sauces let’s eat yummy let’s try the broth the broth is a
clear broth it’s quite subtle slightly beefy flavor but not overpowering like
Chinese noodles or something i like to put extra herbs and some bean sprouts to
add some crunch so fragrant I don’t know if this consider rude but I love slurping my noodles because it helps you to get the noodles and the soup at the
same time let’s put a little bit more sauce and slurp it this one’s just considered as a light beef noodle so I don’t feel quite full
when I eat one bowl so I might eat two bowls at a time I finish eat the whole thing if
