  2. Couple things my man, try putting the cheese on and steam melting it. When cheese is melted it releases more flavors. Also how about giving us a cross cut of the inside of the burger, I promise it would increase your views. People love those burger cross section shots.

  9. I always caramelize onions in the pan separate but this looks like it would flavor the burger more as it is cooking……….looks Guuuuuuuuuuuuud!

  12. Thanks for posting this! I made a burger for my dad who is on a restricted diet. Subbed the beef with ground turkey, used salt free Mrs. Dash table blend for flavor, cut down the salt on the onions, and cooked them just as you did. Served it with Swiss (low salt again) cheese on a toasted bun. He topped it with mayo and ate it up like a hungry wolf. Bwahahaha! Healthy guy food. 😀 Now I have to look thru your other recipes for more ideas.

  13. All is way tasty but the Iodized salt. Yikes. Unless you've got a goiter, that iodine stuff tastes like hell.
    Go with sea salt or kosher. Just a suggestion 🙂

  14. i like how you use thin burger patties, its juicier that way so the juiciness doesnt go to the center like in a thick patty, who would eat them thick anyway?!
