So that the worms or insects will come out. Take 4 teaspoon corn flour Take 6 teaspoons of maida or all purpose flour. 1/4 spoon turmeric powder Chilly powder 1/2 spoon Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon required amount of salt Add little water and mix it well Make it as thick paste Check for Veg Fried rice recipe in my channel Now add the washed cauliflower pieces into the thick paste. Now mix gently so that the cauliflower pieces gets coated with the paste The flour paste is mixed well now Heat the oil well in a pan Drop one by one gently for deep fry in oil Fry it for 3 to 4 mins in high flame Only then it will be crispy Now take off the fried cauliflowers Again mix the cauliflower with the flour paste well. Check for Noodles recipe in my channel Now take 1/2 onion chopped 1/2 Capsicum chopped garlic 4 to 5 pieces chopped spring onion or coriander leaves as required little Garam Masala Little pepper little soya sauce Tomato sauce 2 spoons You can even use the deep fried oil for sauteing Heat 2 spoon of oil Add the chopped onion and garlic, saute them After 1 min, add chopped capsicum After 2 mins, add 1/4 spoon pepper Add 1/4 spoon Garam masala 1/4 spoon salt Check for Egg fried rice recipe in my channel 1 teaspoon soya sauce 2 teaspoon tomato sauce sim down the flame and stir the mixture well Add 2 pinch sugar Add 1/4 cup water to make it as like a sauce Now add the fried cauliflower to the sauteed mixture Mix the sauce well so that the fried cauliflower gets coated well with the sauce Finally add spring onions and mix well Now the yummy yummy, restaurant style Gobi Manjurian is ready.
