This is a very good starter for vegetarians and it can be served as main course with noodle or rice. Gobi Manchurian tastes good and very easy easy to prepare. Ingredients list for Gobi Manchurian.. To prepare Gobi Manchurian all we need: Cauliflower – 1medium size (clean and washed) Tomato sauce – 1 and 1/2 tbs soya sauce – 1tbs Hot sauce – 1 and 1/2 tbs Vinegar – 1tsp. All purpose flour – 1/2 cup Corn flour – 1/4 cup salt as per taste. Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp for good color use Kashmiri chili powder Black paper powder – 1/4 tsp Green chili – 3(chopped) Chopped Garlic – 1 tbs Chopped Capsicum – 1 small Chopped Onion – 1small some Green onion Oil for frying and water First take a bowl to prepare batter for Manchurian add all purpose flour to it add corn flour Red chili powder Black paper powder salt to taste I am adding 1/2 tsp salt here mix everything well everything got mixed well now add water and make a smooth batter Batter is ready I used 3/4 cups of water to make this batter as you can see this is a smooth batter with running consistency we need this kind of batter for Gobi Manchurian batter is ready add all cauliflower to it now put a pan over the flame and add oil to it let the oil become hot oil is hot enough now turn the flame to medium and fry all the cauliflower on medium flour coat all the cauliflower well in batter before frying Fry all cauliflower till get crispy its been one minute now flip all the cauliflower and fry by all sides till gets crispy its ready as you can see it got good color too if you want more rich color in Manchurian add little Red food color to the batter now get all the Gobi out of the oil and keep on a absorbing paper the same way fry oil the cauliflower all cauliflower got fried time to prepare Masala for Manchurian for that take 1 and 1/2 tbs oil to a pan and let it become hot add Garlic and Green chili let it cook for 1/2 minutes it got cooked now add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and cook for 1 minute everything got cooked well flame should be high now add vinegar to cooked vegetables and mix well now add soya sauce to it chili sauce and Tomato sauce mix everything well now add salt and mix well everything getting cooked very well now add fried Cauliflower to the Masala mix well Gobi Manchurian is looking very nice it got good color too everything got mixed well Gobi Manchurian is ready switch off the flame sprinkle some Green Onion and serve hot Gobi Manchurian is ready to serve If you like my recipe of Gobi Manchurian please do like and share this video and if you are new to my channel please do not forget to subscribe see you soon with a new recipe video.
