Welcome to Bachelors Cooking Today Im’, going to make Egg Manchurian. You must have had Chicken Manchurian many times. We’ll use egg and will make Egg Manchurian & gravy. Firstly we’ll finely chop these boiled eggs You can even grate them But it taste good when we got to see and eat the texture of egg white So here we’ll chop 3-4 boiled eggs. We have finely chopped the eggs and now we’ll add 1 tbsp Soya Sauce. 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce & little bit of Green Chilli Sauce. Now we’ll mix it well and then we’ll add 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger in it 1 tsp chopped Garlic & little bit of chopped spring onion. Give it a mix We have mixed all the ingredients & since we have to make Manchurian so we’ll add Raw Egg in it. Give it a one more mix Now we’ll slowly-slowly add corn starch in it to thicken the batter. Don’t put in one go and batter should be quite thick. Now make a small balls of this batter and deep fry them. As you can see our Manchurian balls are well fried. Now we’ll prepare its gravy. Put Oil in the pan Oil is heat up & now we’ll add 1 tsp Finely chopped Garlic & 1 tsp Finely chopped ginger. Let it cook for a while and add 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1-2 tsp Soya Sauce & 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce. Mix it well and add water in it Add some more water and let it have a boil Gravy is getting boil, so we’ll add little bit of salt in it Now we’ll add Manchurian balls in it Let it boil so that the Manchurian balls become softer. Let them cook for 1 min on the high flame. Our Manchurian balls are cooked well in the gravy, so now we’ll add Slurry in it. That means mixture of Corn starch and water. Now give it a stir. This will thickens the gravy. Gravy is thickens and now we’ll add Spring Onions in it Give it a mix & serve it along with sprinkle of Spring Onion. So here we have Egg Manchurian ready.
