The thing that kills bacteria
is heat. Even putting this in the
freezer is not going to kill
bacteria that’s on this chicken. All that’s going to do is make
the bacteria go dormant and
then we bring it back out again… it’s still going to be the same bacteria,
it’s just going to then start
to reproduce again. What we’re trying to do is
reduce the amount of bacteria
and actually kill what is there
by heating it. That’s the only thing.
