i’m gonna do a dance tutorial on how to do the chicken noodle soup dance that is now on tiktok as well and you know it’s BTS and what’s not to love about BTS they make great music they’re awesome dancers and they’re asian alright i’m gonna try my best to make it as easy as possible as beginner friendly as possible for you guys so that you can follow along i’m gonna explain step by step and in slow motion alright let’s just jump right into it we’re gonna start by placing our hands behind our back so that we can flap our wings and we’re gonna go prep so my elbows are back then i wanna say front elbows back elbows to the front yeah so we’re gonna go and chicken noodle yeah so 5 6 7 8 and chicken noodle and notice that if you wanna add some details you can open up your chest here out so breathe out so breathe out breathe out or just flap flap 5 6 7 8 and flap flap again 5 6 7 8 and chicken noodle now from here i wanna take my right leg lift it and say hah yeah so i went from here to lift place it notice how my knee is going a bit inwards whoop back whoop back let’s just try that so 5 6 7 8 here back and if you want you can go down a bit up down a bit up down a bit up now i want you to do the opposite so lifting your left leg i wanna go here up here up here up now i’m just gonna do one of each and then we’re gonna end with a third on the right so we’re gonna go right and left and right and let’s just try that super slow so 5 6 7 8 we’re gonna go right and left and right and let’s just start from the top we’re gonna go and chicken noodle here we wanna go here right and left and right and yeah so it’s just gonna say the timing here chicken noodle soup and chicken noodle soup let’s just try that super slow actually let’s just add the arms so when i do this with my legs here left and right and i wanna do the opposite arm in front me so when i lift up my right leg i say place it i wanna have my left arm up yeah so let’s just go again we wanna do hah back just that 5 6 7 8 hah and now let’s try it to the opposite side left leg right arm and back yeah so let’s just try that to the right to the left and then right again 5 6 7 8 we go right and left and last time right and so let’s combine it with the first part we’re gonna go i’m gonna count to 8 5 6 7 8 and chicken noodle soup and chicken noodle soup and let’s just try that again 5 6 7 8 and chicken noodle soup and chicken noodle soup and alright so so far we’ve done chicken noodle soup and chicken noodle soup now we wanna repeat it and do flap our wings twice again like we did before now we wanna start with our left instead of our right yeah so we’re gonna go left right arm back opposite right leg left arm back and then last one left leg right arm back yeah so let’s just do the leg so that you get used to it so starting with the left here back now right whoom back now left whoom here let’s just do the legs i’m gonna count to 8 5 6 7 8 here and right and left and alright so let’s do flap flap with the left whoom and right and left and i’m gonna count to 8 we’re gonna go whoop whoom here and here and here 5 6 7 8 and flap flap now left and right and left and alright so let me just recap so from the beginning it’s chicken noodle right right and chicken noodle soup now again repeat chicken noodle left left with a soda on the side and alright so let’s try it again so chicken noodle 5 6 7 8 and chicken noodle right and chicken noodle soup and again chicken noodle now left left and soda on the side and let’s try it one last time a bit faster so 5 6 7 8 and chicken noodle right and chicken noodle soup again chicken noodle soup with a soda on the side and alright moving on next part pretty simple you just take your right leg and then you wanna kick to the left saying kick kick and back pretty simple right so let’s try that again right leg kick it to the left 7 8 we go kick kick and back now at the same you wanna do chicken chicken yeah so together it looks like this and chicken chicken down so you’re actually doing a third one when you go down so again 5 6 7 8 we go kick kick down yeah so everytime i’m kicking my elbows are down and down and down let’s try it one last time 5 6 7 8 and kick kick down alright so the next part which is this one also known as billy bounce i actually already made a tutorial on that so if you wanna do that then you can go check out here but i actually think it’s actually a bit complicated footwork so if you wanna do a more simplified version you can do this you just lift up your leg and from side to side i saw someone do it one tiktok it looks just as awesome whoom whoom whoom whoom so let me just explain we just did kick kick and back now from here i wanna lean to my right lifting my left leg up behind me and back down and then the opposite lift right down yeah so we just said kick kick down lift left and lift right and notice how i’m leaning and leaning yeah so let’s just do that again we’re gonna go kick kick down lift down lift again so starting with the kick down lift down lift 5 6 7 8 we go kick kick down lift down lift one last time actually let’s just add the arms as well so when i lift my left leg my left arm is here in the front or you can also do chicken that’s up to you so left arm we go back and then the opposite arm yeah so lifting right leg right arm back so we just did kick kick down left and right yeah so i’m doing chicken here chicken here let’s just practice that here and here and 5 6 7 8 and here and lift and 5 6 7 8 lift and lift and alright now let’s try to kick down lift and lift and 5 6 7 8 kick noodle here lift and lift yeah so the music is chicken noodle soup and chicken noodle soup let’s try that again 5 6 7 8 and chicken noodle soup and chicken noodle soup one last time 5 6 7 8
