Welcome to Food Tape Chicken Manjurian (A Chinese Cuisine) Let’s prepare the Chicken Manchurian in Restaurant style First the chicken has to fried out in oil Add required amount of oil in a pan and heat it well Before frying the chicken, the chicken has to be coated with flour. Maida or All purpose flour – 1 spoon Corn flour – 3 spoons Ginger garlic paste Soya Sauce Chilly sauce Add required amount of salt Add water and beat it to a batter consistency Mix it well Add the Egg white to the batter Now the batter is ready Add 250 g boneless chicken to the batter Mix it thoroughly confirm that the batter should be coated well all around the chicken Check the consistency Once the oil is hot add the coated chicken pieces in the oil Chicken is getting fried Now let us prepare the Manchurian Sauce Heat the pan and add required amount of oil Now the other side the chicken pieces turned into golden brown Once the oil is hot add the chopped garlic Add chopped ginger Once the garlic and ginger is fried a bit, add the chopped Onions The onions are cut as dice shape Saute it well Onion should be sauteed slightly Now the Chicken is fried well It looks so crispy Now add the chopped capsicum Add required amount of Soya Sauce Add chilli sauce for spiciness Add tomato puree Stir it and mix it well Add required amount of salt Consider before adding the salt We have added the salt in batter already, so the salt should be adjusted perfectly according to your taste. Add little pepper powder Now the sauce is ready, now add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce Toss it or mix it well, so that the sauce gets coated to the chicken thoroughly. Add little water Adjust the water according to your requirement, whether you need a dry Manchurian or a saucy Manchurian. Allow it to boil for a while We have to add corn flour mixture for thickening the sauce You can even add vegetable or chicken stock water to the Manchurian Add the corn flour mixture (Corn flour mixed with water) Stir it well No ajinomoto is added to the sauce This chicken Manchurian is very best suitable with any Chinese or Indian style Fried rice varieties Now the Chicken Manchurian is ready !!!!
