Cut tofu into slices, then cut them into pieces. Put into a bowl. Stir two eggs. Pour the eggs into tofu. Stir well,make sure every pieces of tofu attach with egg. Make a sauce now, a spoon of salt,same quantity of sugar, two spoon of soy sauce. A spoon of cooking wine, same quantity of oyster sauce, add water in, stir well. Add oil in a heated pan, after oil get heated, put tofu in, but don’t turn over them . Shake the pan, make sure the bottom sides of them get heated evenly. Fry them until eggs turn to solid, then turn over them. Fry to both sides turn golden, take them out. Put onions ,ginger and garlic into the pan, fry them. Then put tomatoes in. Fry them until there are little tomato’s juice, then put mushrooms and fungus in. Fry them. Then put the tofu in, fry them. Pour in the sauce we made earlier, close the cover and stew for 3 minutes. Time is up, let’s open it, wow, it smells good. Add a bowl of water starch, cook it until it gets sticky. Put the onions in. Stir them well and take out. It’s ready. Scatter sesame on the surface. Cover with plastic film, steam them. Steam for 45 minutes, then turn off the flame, stew for 5 minutes. Wow, smells good. The puffy bread is ready. It’s beautiful. Wipe oil on the bottom of the rice cooker. Prepare a bit honey, dip the bottom in, then put into the cooker. Wipe honey on the surface, scatter sesame on them. Close the cover, ferment again.     Chinese food have so many varieties. Northern Chinese food is on heavy taste side ( more oil and salt) whereas southern food is on the bland side ( less spices). Then Of course, you have Sichuan food, which is super spicy. I am from northern China, but I have lived all over China. I cook a variety of Chinese food on my channel as well.
