    오늘은 여경례 셰프의 삼선짬뽕 만들어 보았어요.
    만들고 바로 먹었을 때는 굴소스와 치킨파우더의 조미료 맛이 약간 남았는데,
    식힌 후 데워서 먹으니깐 맛이 잘 어우러져서 웬만한 동네 중국집보다 맛있었어요. ^^
    물은 700~~800ml로 조절해주세요.

    ●재료
    돼지 안심 50g
    오징어 1마리
    새우 4마리
    조갯살 100g
    죽순 40g
    양파 1/2개
    표고버섯 2개
    청경채 1개
    대파 1대
    마늘 5개
    생면 120g
    다진 마늘 2T
    다진 생강 1t
    진간장 1/2T
    미림 2T
    고운고춧가루 2T
    굴소스 1/2T
    이금기 치킨파우더 1T
    소금 1/2T
    후추
    물 4컵 (700~800ml)
    식용유

    50g Pork Tenderloin

    120g Noodle
    2Tbsp Minced garlic
    1tsp Minced ginger
    2Tbsp Red pepper powder
    1/2Tbsp Soy sauce
    2Tbsp Mirim
    1/2Tbsp Oyster sauce
    1Tbsp Chicken powder
    1/2Tbsp Salt
    Pepper
    4cup (700~800ml) Water
    Cooking oil

    豚ヒレ 50g
    イカ 1匹
    エビ 4匹
    あさりの身 100g
    たけのこ 40g
    玉ねぎ 1/2個
    椎茸 2個
    チンゲン菜 1つ
    長ネギ 1本
    ニンニク 5個
    生麺 120g
    ニンニクのみじん切り 大匙2
    みじん切りの生姜 小さじ1
