Hello, It’s Jipbap here. I’m making Fried Spring Rolls today. Grate a carrot Soak a small pack of Rice Vermicelli and some dried mushrooms in warm water. Put some beansprout in a bowl and pour hot boiled water over, then leave it for 1 minute. Put chopped chives, beansprout and carrot in a large bowl. Mince a handful of prawns. Chop the mushrooms and rice noodles. Then put them in the bowl. 1 KG of minced pork and 2 eggs. Salt 1/2 Tablespoon Pepper 1/2 Tablespoon Fish sauce 4 Tablespoons Meggi 4 Tablespoons Mix well. Spring roll filling is ready. Dip rice paper in warm water Then put the filling on the paper and roll it out. Fry spring rolls in low heat Crispy spring rolls are ready!
