    上海粗面250g、肉絲150g、雞毛菜300g、鮮香菇4朵、生抽35毫升、老抽20毫升、食用油20毫升、料酒15毫升、生粉適量、鹽適量、糖少許、白胡椒粉適量

    步驟:
    1、裏脊肉絲裏廂加入適量料酒、生抽、生粉和糖拌勻;
    2、雞毛菜洗凈瀝幹水分;鮮香菇洗幹後擠幹水分,切成絲;
    3、寬水煮面,水開後分兩次加冷水,面條煮到當中有一點芯就可以撈出來了;
    4、面放到冷水裏浸一浸,瀝幹,加1:1:1的生抽、老抽、食用油拌開;
    5、熱油鍋,先炒肉絲,肉絲炒到變色後盛出來,另起油鍋,炒香菇、雞毛菜,加適量鹽;
    6、將面條抖松倒入鍋內翻炒均勻,撒些白胡椒粉即可。
