Welcome Friends Today Healthy Recipe : Ragi Garige For more healthy recipes, subscribe to my channel Click on the bell icon for notifications Take a vessel & add water – 1/2 cup Jaggery Powder – 1 cup Just melt the jaggery Keep it aside Add ghee to the frying pan White Thill – 1 tbsp Grated Dry coconut powder – 1 tbsp Keep it aside Now a take vessel & add 3/4 cup of ragi flour Cardamon powder – 1/4 tbsp Fried thill & coconut powder Pour the melted jaggery water Mix it well Prepare a dough Close it & keep it for 4mins Make a small dough ball Flatten it Now deep fry it in oil Fry it in medium flame Fry it both the sides Soak it well Ragi Garige is Ready Can be stored for 10 days For more healthy recipes, subscribe to my channel
