कोबीच्या वड्या – Cabbage Fritters | खमंग आणि कुरकुरीत कोबीच्या वड्या| Kobichi Vadi Recipe By Archana


Today I’ll show how to make
Cabbage fritters in an easy way. Let’s begin! Let’s turn on the gas. And add 2 tbsp Oil. We’ll check whether the Oil is hot. We’ll add some Coriander leaves to check. Well, it has to heat a little more. The Oil is heated To it we’ll add 1tbsp crushed
Ginger-Garlic and Green chillies. And in that we’ll add Coriander Leaves. We’ll mix it a little. Next we’ll add 2 Onions, finely chopped. Then some Salt as per taste. Here I have 1/4 kg Cabbage
which is finely chopped. Now we’ll let the Cabbage cook and
then go ahead with the remaining recipe. The Cabbage is cooked, now we’ll
add in 7-8 tbsp of Gram flour. 1 tsp Mix Spices powder. Means all spices together. And in that I’ll add 1/2 cup Water. We’ll mix this well. Keep mixing it until
it becomes thick, like a ball. So look it’s done, we’ll turn off the flame. We’ve taken a tray here,
we’ll grease it with oil. Then remove the whole batter in this. And we’ll pat it well. Now we’ll wait for 10 minutes to let
this cool down completely.. ..until then we cannot fry it. The batter has cooled down
we’ll now cut out the fritters. But before that we’ll heat the Oil. We’ve taken a frying pan here
and we’ll add some Oil. Till the Oil is heating, We’ll cut the fritters. The Oil is heated, we’ll add the fritters in. And let them cook on one side
well and then turn them. And in this was, we’ll fry the remaining too. We’ll turn then once cooked on one side. They’re done on one side now we’ll turn them. And fry on the other side until golden brown. And whenever we make fritters
always shallow fry them. Because when we deep fry it, the
gram flour separates in the hot oil. That is why always shallow fry it. It’s done on both the side, we’ll take them out. And always over fry them a little,
then they taste well. And you will enjoy it when eaten hot. Who doesn’t like Cabbage

  2. खुपच छान…आपण ही वडी फ्राय करण्या अगोदर जर रवा किवा ब्रेड क्रम्समधे डीप करु न फ्राय केली तर अजुनच छान आणि क्रिस्पी लागेल अस मला वाटत
